The development on Summit Drive is in the popular "uptown" Sahali area of Kamloops. The two-story 31,000sf building was designed with a modern look complementing neighbouring buildings as well as the surrounding area. This project required a great deal of coordination as A&T not only served as the general contractor for the building, but also completed lease-hold improvements in five of the tenant spaces including a financial institution and Kamloops’ largest dental clinic. Construction started in October 2008 with all tenants moving in to their spaces in September 2009.
