These facilities were a combined $2.7 million project developed to showcase the quality and style of Tobiano, a residential resort community on Kamloops Lake. The owner’s objectives of developing a community that offers “the best in environmental, architectural and land use design and planning” were foremost considerations. At the same time, A&T contributed to the success of blending the structures into the design of the developing championship golf course and showcasing the possibilities for future buildings to maximize the spectacular views.
A&T Project Developments Inc. served as the construction manager from initial designs through to completion on these three facilities at Tobiano – all of which had critical timelines essential to ongoing sales and financing of the development.
