A&T served as the general contractor for this two-story 31,000sf building and completed lease-hold improvements in five of the tenant spaces in the summer of 2009.

A&T completed a state of the art renovation to this clinic while allowing it to remain operational throughout the entire renovation process.

A&T was selected to complete two separate renovation projects at the Kamloops Airport since Fall 2003.  Both projects were successfully completed with minimal impact to staff and traveler needs.

In the spring of 2010, A&T was awarded the design build contract to construct the new mechanics shop for Kamloops Fire Rescue. This $1.1 million, 3-bay mechanics shop is the first Design-Build Project that the City of Kamloops has partnered in.

A&T served as the construction manager from the initial designs through to completion on three separate facilities at Tobiano from the real estate Presentation Centre, to the main Clubhouse & Restaurant and Maintenance Buildings.

A&T was awarded the contract to build this private hanger within a tight two-month time period.

The A&T office underwent a major interior renovation to create a larger space that met the needs of our expanding team more effectively.
