The Yucwemínem ne Tsetsítcws-kucw Society (YneT) development is a 58-unit affordable housing community thoughtfully designed to serve the Tk̓emlúps te Secwépemc Nation. Created in partnership with BC Housing, the project includes a 30-unit apartment building with 3 accessible and 2 adaptable units, alongside 28 townhouses configured as seven fourplexes. The apartment building consists of 1–2-bedroom units and the townhouses are 3-4 bedrooms. This development provides high-quality, attainable housing for low-income families, supporting a strong sense of belonging while enabling residents to reconnect with their land, culture, and community.
